I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and I now call Bonney Lake, Washington, home. As a Pacific Northwest wife and mom of two girls, I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last. I’ve felt the pull of trying to do it all while neglecting my own well-being. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others like you move past all-or-nothing thinking, ditch the guilt, and embrace a sustainable, nourishing approach to health!
