Q: What kind of results can I expect?
We begin with a 60-minute onboarding session. After that, most of our support happens through private voice and text coaching during the week. This allows you to receive guidance in real time when challenges arise.
We can also schedule additional calls when we want to explore something more deeply.
Q: How often will we talk?
That’s exactly what this program is designed for. We build systems and habits that work within your real life, including travel, restaurants, busy work weeks, and family schedules.
Q: What if I travel, eat out often, or have a busy schedule?
No. Instead of rigid meal plans, I teach you how to build balanced meals that work in your real life. The goal is for you to develop confidence making food choices without needing someone to tell you exactly what to eat.
Q: Will you give me a strict meal plan?
Not at all. My clients come in with a wide range of experiences and goals. The most important factor is that you're ready to build sustainable habits and follow through on the practices we create together.
