Q: What if I travel, eat out often, or have a busy schedule?
No. Instead of rigid meal plans, I teach you how to build balanced meals that work in your real life. The goal is for you to develop confidence making food choices without needing someone to tell you exactly what to eat.
Q: Will you give me a strict meal plan?
Not at all. My clients come in with a wide range of experiences and goals. The most important factor is that you're ready to build sustainable habits and follow through on the practices we create together.
Q: Do I need to be a certain weight or fitness level to work with you?
Most clients end up working with me for at least a year or more. Real sustainable change takes time and the work we do together is about exploring behavior patterns and creating new habits. This takes time and working together for longer than six months allows time to practice and truly shift your identity.
